Hi, I'm Tsemrou

I am a process-driven designer and a team player who likes to collaborate and learn from others while we solve big, challenging problems. I have experience planning and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. I really like bringing the team together for rituals and activities that help us find actionable insights.

I like to get some rough ideas down on paper and progress towards well-thought-out solutions. When I'm not trying to learn something online, I like to explore the Sierra Nevada Foothills. I enjoy camping, fishing, and fresh air—it was one of the best things to do while on COVID lockdown.
